The pre-workout is really good. But I only take it when I’m going to exercise in the morning because closer to the evening it prevents me from falling asleep. But it tastes really good! I got strawberry kiwi.
The creatine is my favorite and I do take my two scoops daily after my workouts and I have noticed that I am less sore, recover much faster, and I’m able to complete my workouts with higher energy and with more effort. I chose no flavor creatine and take it with my favorite juice. I was sad I didn’t get my booty box container. I assumed it came with the creatine.
I did not love the hydration packets but they are more on the sweet side so they’re not my favorite.
