Terms and Conditions for Video Uploads to One Sol Supplements, LLC

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By uploading a video (the "Content") to One Sol Supplements, LLC's platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these terms, you should not upload any content to our platform.

  2. Ownership of Content: You hereby grant One Sol Supplements, LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit the Content. This includes, without limitation, the right to use the Content for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

  3. Representation and Warranties: You represent and warrant that:

    • You are the sole owner of the Content or have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload and share the Content on One Sol Supplements, LLC's platform.
    • The Content does not and will not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

  4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Sol Supplements, LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

    • Your breach of these Terms;
    • Your Content;
    • Your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation;
    • Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right.

  5. Removal of Content: One Sol Supplements, LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to any Content at any time and for any reason, or for no reason at all.

  6. Modification of Terms: One Sol Supplements, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the modification of these Terms signifies your acceptance of such modifications.

  7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Clark County in the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
