Refunds & Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. 

* Please note, due to the nature of our Fitness Guides as digital products, and our instant delivery process, all purchases of these products and other Digital Content Pieces sold by One Sol are non-refundable and non-cancelable.


To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@onesol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscription Orders / Cancellation & Refund Policy 
When you opt to 'Subscribe & Save' at the time of adding product(s) to your cart,
you are consenting to a recurring subscription order with us;
This subscription can be modified or cancelled at any time by logging into your One Sol customer account. You may also contact us for assistance.

It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to pause, skip, or cancel a subscription before their next upcoming order date if they do not wish for the order to process at the time it is scheduled.

In the event that your recurring order has been processed and you wish to cancel it,
we recommend promptly contacting us before it has been shipped. 
While it is not guaranteed that we'll be able to cancel and refund the order, we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request - provided that the order has not already been packed and assigned tracking.

One Sol is not obligated to issue an immediate refund for recurring subscription orders due to cancellation/modification failure on the customer's end;
We will however, issue a refund to you as long as the product is returned to us within 30 days of delivery (excluding any original shipping fees, if applicable).

Packages Returned to Sender
Packages that have been returned to sender will be refunded within 3-5 business days of the delivery date. We encourage you to double check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for address verification. Orders returned to us via RTS (Return to Sender) due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be refunded upon return receiving, less the shipping cost of $4.99.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products. However, your satisfaction is main goal at One Sol; so please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
