All proceeds will be donated to Laura’s House, a local women’s shelter supporting survivors and families in our community.
This small-group Pilates experience led by our brand ambassador and local trainer, Bralynne, is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported — inside and out.

Bralynne (@builtbybray) is a personal trainer and Kinesiology-Fitness Specialist Graduate from SDSU. She focuses on movement, self-discipline, and holistic wellness, helping others build strength, confidence, and consistency through intentional training and faith.

Focus Athletics has plenty of free parking in their lot, located in the Airway Commerce Center!

About Laura's House
In honor of International Women's Day, we are choosing to donate our proceeds to Laura's House!
Laura's House is a premier Southern California nonprofit organization based in Aliso Viejo, dedicated to providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, legal advocacy, and education to those affected by domestic violence. Since 1994, it has served over 6,500 individuals with housing and nearly 72,000 through prevention/education, operating the only comprehensive, state-approved domestic violence agency in South Orange County.
