I started taking magnesium because I heard that it’s good to help reduce stress and keep you focus mentally. I’m pretty sure there’s other benefits to magnesium when it comes to the physiological aspects for the body. I will take magnesium once in a while, and I do feel different because I’m mentally focused and I love it. I am curious if OneSol we’ll be coming out with a collagen supplement.
These are my favorite supplements ti take ti wine down after a day and helps me sleep great feeling refreshed

Just Mg x3 I love this product since it contains a more absorbable product and I don't get postworkout leg cramps. I like to use my old hydration pkts. , take my Mg and eat a balanced diet overall to help improve my sleep and actually stay asleep. If I dont take my Mg I'm not getting into my deeper best REM sleep cycle. Bouncing back postpartum with this Mg product along w/the other onesol supplements I've got the energy to support my chaotic schedule.
