How Your health is getting in the way of your happiness

To live a healthy life is to live a happy life.

Happiness is what happens when you’re content and satisfied with life as it is. 

It’s not to be confused with pleasure, which is what we feel when we're at a fun party, or buying new clothes, or experiencing new things. Those are all temporary feelings of joy that ultimately leave you searching for more.

Happiness on the other hand doesn’t die down. It’s a constant state of being where your physical and mental health are aligned in perfect harmony.

And to invest in your health is to invest in your happiness. 

Hold on.. Can you clarify what you mean by health?
